Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking Netflix customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable viewing experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
