We are expanding our team and looking for a mission-aligned Registered Dietitian who is passionate about real recovery, client agency, and team collaboration. If you're seeking a flexible, growth-oriented clinical role within a values-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide virtual, 1:1 eating disorder nutrition counseling to adolescent and/or adult patients

• Practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient’s needs

• Document care clearly and on time using our secure digital platform

• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other care team members for integrated, patient-led treatment

• Contribute to a strong referral network and positive reputation in the community

• Participate in team meetings, consult groups, and professional development opportunities

• Maintain a private, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet

What You Bring

Required:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

• Minimum 1–2 years post-internship experience providing eating disorder care

• Deeply aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES), anti-diet, and body-liberation frameworks

• Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered care

Preferred:

• Licensed RD -WA, OR, TX, NY, in a Compact State (OH, TN, OK, AL, UT, IA, KS, MS, AR, NE, SD, ND, MT)

• CEDS or CEDRD credential (or actively working toward it)

• Certification in Intuitive Eating, Body Trust®, or similar

• Experience with adolescent/pediatric populations

• Familiarity with ACT, motivational interviewing, or somatic modalities

• Competitive pay starting at $35–50/hr, plus performance-based bonuses
