  • Health Reporting: Deliver a consolidated weekly status update (Red/Amber/Green) on project health, timeline adherence, and upcoming production milestones.

  • Promotional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of customer giveaways and work with Customer Service to announce winners.

Attention to Detail & Asset Management

  • Quality Control & Brand Checks: Perform rigorous pre-release QA on all campaign deliverables (eDMs, landing pages, assets) to catch typos, broken links, or formatting errors.

  • Stakeholder Reviews: Facilitate the preview process, circulate proofs to stakeholders, integrate feedback accurately, and secure final sign-offs.

  • Asset Hygiene: Maintain file structures, organize User Generated Content (UGC) collections, and manage asset tagging/migration so the creative team always has a clean, accessible library.
