E-Commerce Manager

We are responsible for some of the highest-growth household names in the beauty industry and we are looking for talented and hard-working individuals to help us continue achieving triple-digit monthly growth and transform the industry. 

Responsibilities

• Supplier search, sourcing, and price negotiations


• Stock planning, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis


• Ownership of cross-border shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs


• Liaising with other departments (design, customer support, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth product launches


• Perform research and development for new products


• Monitoring operational performance and preparing internal reports to support decision-making

Requirements

• English fluency


• Strong negotiation skillset & ability to timely communicate with multiple stakeholders


• Ability to perform independent research and draw reasonable conclusions


• Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs, and import procedures


• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting, tracking)


• High attention to detail and ability to organize complex data in a clear, structured manner
