Curriculum Support & Resource Development
- Provide guidance on the implementation of approved curricula for both early childhood and school-age programs.
- Develop and share tools, guides, and resources that clarify curriculum expectations and support instructional best practices.
- Ensure curriculum materials and resources reflect both developmental appropriateness and spiritual integration.
- Collaborate with academy leaders to identify curriculum challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Collect and share insights from the field to inform continuous improvement of curriculum tools and educator supports.
Leadership Coaching & Educator Support
- Partner with academy leaders to provide coaching and support as they lead and develop their educators.
- Facilitate virtual coaching sessions and education support calls focused on curriculum use and instructional practices.
- Support the onboarding process for new academy leaders by providing curriculum orientation.
- Serve as a steady resource for academy leaders navigating curriculum expectations and educator development.
Professional Development & Training
- Plan, develop, and deliver virtual training sessions aligned with Lionheart’s educational values and goals.
- Create and maintain training resources within Lionheart’s internal platforms, including the LMS and SharePoint.
- Contribute to education-related communication, including newsletters and updates.
- Collaborate with the VP of Education and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and training.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Academy Directors, Regional Directors, and HeartHub teams.
- Serve as primary education contact for internal teams seeking clarity on curriculum or educator support.
- Travel to academies (estimated 20–30%) as needed to support leader development and ensure alignment between curriculum goals and outcomes, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- 5+ years of early childhood experience, including 2+ years in a coach, trainer, or director role
- High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships, reflect on feedback, and adapt to evolving needs.
- Skilled at coaching adults, supporting diverse learners, and working in a remote support model
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Alignment with Lionheart’s faith-based mission and core values
- Location: Based in DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) preferred
