ï· Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM/VDC models using Revit and related
soÅware.
ï· Design electrical room layouts, equipment arrangements, cable tray systems, and
underground conduit rouÆng.
ï· Produce accurate electrical shop drawings, coordinaÆon drawings, and construcÆon
documentaÆon.
ï· Coordinate with mulÆdisciplinary teams, including mechanical, plumbing, structural, and
architectural stakeholders.
ï· Conduct clash detecÆon and model coordinaÆon to idenÆfy and resolve design conflicts.
ï· Ensure project models comply with client standards, industry best pracÆces, and project
requirements.
ï· Support project teams with constructability reviews and design opÆmizaÆon
recommendaÆons.
ï· Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure efficient project execuÆon.
ï· ParÆcipate in coordinaÆon meeÆngs with client and project stakeholders during US
working hours.
ï· Maintain project documentaÆon and ensure Æmely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
ï· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
ï· Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, draÅing, installaÆon, or BIM/VDC
project execuÆon.
ï· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or related
design soÅware.
ï· Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
ï· Understanding of BIM workflows, clash detecÆon, and model coordinaÆon processes.
ï· Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specificaÆons, and construcÆon documents.
ï· Strong analyÆcal, problem-solving, and communicaÆon skills.
ï· Self-moÆvated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
ï· Excellent aÆ©enÆon to detail and organizaÆonal skills.
