About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work on the engineering design, analysis, estimating, surveying, and commissioning of electrical systems for a wide range of projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, core and shell developments, expansions, and renovations. You will collaborate directly with owners, architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions while providing technical leadership to project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform engineering design, analysis, surveying, and estimating for various building types
Manage the design and preparation of drawings, specifications, schedules, calculations, and construction administration documents
Support construction activities including reviewing addendums, change orders, and conducting site observations
Develop and review documentation such as COMcheck reports, O&M manuals, and project reports
Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers and Drafters on assigned projects
Regularly interface with clients, project owners, architects, contractors, and cross-discipline teams
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) for project deliverables
Occasional travel for project and client needs
About You What You Bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (EITs encouraged to apply)
3-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering within the A/E industry
Proficiency with Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD design software
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
A solid understanding of project workflows between design, contracting, and ownership teams
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performance team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
