Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Provide outstanding customer service—both in-person and over the phone
- Communicate with Clients, each other and manager regarding changes taking place in real time
- Sell Home +, accessories and Services.
- Meet or exceed UBreakiFix quality standards on every repair.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ year of cell phone repair or electronic repair experience (Required)
✔ Valid driver’s license (Required)
✔ Clean driving record
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Sales experience (Nice to have)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Work Details:
Location: Remote (On-the-road technician servicing customers in Missouri & Illinois)
Pay: $15 - $18 per hour + commission & bonuses
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
