What you'll be doing?
Own the full execution cycle for 5-7 awesome brands: draft killer creative briefs, direct designers, QA builds in Figma, and lock in client approvals.
Rule the send calendar in ClickUp, nailing segmentation, exclusions, and suppression logic so every campaign hits the mark.
Be the boss of automations: monitor flow and form performance against benchmarks, diagnose any underperforming setups (timing, audience, deliverability, triggers), and fix them like a pro.
Look ahead and build epic monthly campaign calendars 30 to 60+ days in advance to keep the strategy fresh and proactive.
Run weekly account health checks to keep everything smooth and flag any risks before they even become a thing.
Chat it up with clients, owning day-to-day communications and presenting your builds with clear, logical reasoning that moves approvals fast.
About you
You bring 2 to 4 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience (an agency background is a huge plus!).
You have deep, daily fluency in Klaviyo, Shopify, and ClickUp – this is your bread and butter, not just a bonus.
You've got a proven track record of managing 5 to 7 brands concurrently without ever dropping the ball on quality.
You have a sharp eye for spotting automation hiccups and the top-tier judgment needed to actually fix them, not just flag them.
You're totally comfortable and skilled at using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Klaviyo AI) to level up your daily workflow.
Your written English communication skills are top-notch (C1 level), and you're highly reliable when it comes to async communication.
