Base Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 (Flexible based on experience and hours)
Hiring Goal: 30 positions to be filled by year-end

About the Role:

We are partnering with a major national firm to hire 30 experienced Employment Counsel attorneys to join their team by the end of the year. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely in a highly reputable legal environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  Independently manage labor & employment cases and litigation matters

  
  


• 
  

  Represent clients in hearings and employment-related legal proceedings

  
  


• 
  

  Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on workplace and compliance issues

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards across jurisdictions

  
  


• 
  

  Occasionally attend in-person hearings as required

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

  
  


• 
  

  7+ years of labor & employment law experience in a law firm setting

  
  


• 
  

  Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  
  


• 
  

  Must be admitted to the state bar of their state of residence

  
  


• 
  

  Senior-level attorney capable of independent case management

  
  

Experience Level:

• 
  

  Senior-level attorneys (Partner-level equivalent preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Prior litigation experience in employment law is essential

  
  

Compensation Structure:

  $185,000 – $200,000 base salary, depending on experience and billable hours
