Our client is currently in search of of a senior employment attorney with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Skills & Experience needed:
Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
Must have current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels
Must have school district defense experience in employment law
Must have 15 years of employment law defense experience
Trial experience preferred, but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
Member, State Bar of California in good standing
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
