In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the sales process, managing leads, and closing deals. With a focus on leveraging AI tools for outreach and personalization, you'll enhance pipeline velocity while working with various product lines across multiple industries. Accountabilities
- Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
- Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent in English.
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus.
- Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales is highly regarded.
Benefits
- Commission-based compensation with fast-start bonus structure increasing commission up to 20% during the first three months.
- Base salary ranging from USD $500 to $1,000 per month after initial ramp period, based on performance.
- Standard commission of 10% on all products and services, plus potential performance bonuses.
