Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data platform engineers.
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for data platform align with company objectives.
- Build and operate high-performance data services for large-scale workloads.
- Implement processes for data quality, governance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree or 8+ years without a degree.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing performance.
- Strong software engineering background with distributed systems and scalable data platforms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Knowledge of streaming and event-driven architectures.
- Strong SQL skills for analytical and operational workloads.
- Professional proficiency in English.
