English Speaking Agents - Coffee Specialist

As a Coffee Specialist, you will communicate with customers and provide professional, friendly and solution-oriented support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers through spoken and written communication
• Understanding customer questions and providing clear and accurate information
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Documenting customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
• Following established procedures and quality standards
• Working toward individual and team performance targets
• Representing the project professionally in every customer interaction

The onboarding program lasts 4 weeks in total and takes place in Sarajevo, Monday to Friday.

For candidates who live outside Sarajevo, TP will provide:

• 100% accommodation during the training period
• Transportation from the candidate's city of residence to Sarajevo
• Transportation related to the onboarding period
• Weekend return transportation to the candidate's city of residence if theemployee chooses to return home

After training, the position transitions primarily to Work at Home (WAHA).
