This role plays a crucial part in the healthcare technology landscape, focusing on supporting Strategic Account Executives to facilitate the adoption of innovative diabetes management solutions. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with SAEs to develop account strategy and execution plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at healthcare facilities.
- Conduct existing workflow analyses and consult on necessary changes.
- Support solution implementation across customer facilities.
- Facilitate change management and ensure proper testing of solutions.
- Provide staff support and training for patient onboarding workflows.
- Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs based on customer needs.
- Participate actively in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, or product marketing.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Professional demeanor in customer interactions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in crafting change management actions and communications.
- Ability to manage projects and time effectively.
- Experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
