Entry-Level Cultural Travel Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Cultural Travel Coordinator to join our team. You'll research destinations, prepare proposals, and coordinate itineraries while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend cultural destinations, tours, and activities tailored to client preferences

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries for approval

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and answer general inquiries

• Work with suppliers and vendors to confirm travel arrangements

• Keep client records organized and accurate throughout the booking process

• Provide professional service to ensure a seamless travel experience

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
