We are looking for a full-time ERP Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the stability, reliability, and continuous optimization of our ERP ecosystem, ensuring our manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations remain seamless across the entire enterprise.
This is a remote opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Leadership: Manage daily ERP operations and support requests, ensuring high availability and system responsiveness across all manufacturing sites.
Optimization & Scalability: Identify and implement system enhancements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
Roadmap Management: Define and execute the ERP operational roadmap, prioritizing critical upgrades, maintenance, and system stabilization initiatives.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business leaders and internal IT teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions that support business growth.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP enhancements, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the ERP support team, overseeing staff performance, recruitment, and professional development.
Performance Tracking: Monitor system health and report on key KPIs and operational metrics to senior management.
What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum 10 years working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing functional ERP teams.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of complex manufacturing processes, including production, supply chain, and finance.
Multi-Site Scale: Proven track record supporting ERP environments across large-scale, multi-site operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Depth: Strong experience in ERP system maintenance, upgrades, vendor management, and operational optimization.
Technical Skills & Competencies
System Stabilization: Ability to manage and improve complex, legacy, or newly acquired ERP environments.
Analytical Problem Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues within enterprise systems and operational workflows.
Leadership: Proven ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Experience overseeing external service providers and third-party consultants.
