Key Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to Legacy Assurance Plan clients
• Deliver compassionate and knowledgeable legal counsel that aligns with our commitment to client peace of mind
• Collaborate with our team to support clients’ needs through an efficient, client-centered approach

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing
• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
• Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
• Existing private practice
• Experience in Medicaid planning (preferred)
• Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
