Job Description - Estimator

ServiceMaster TRS: Total Restoration Services

At ServiceMaster TRS, we specialize in helping individuals recover from fire, water, and disaster-related damage. With locations across 10 states, our mission is simple: restore peace of mind when it's needed most. We’re seeking a detail-driven Estimator to join our remote team and play a key role in building trust, accuracy, and success into every restoration project.

What You’ll Do:

Create accurate, timely estimates using Xactimate and other industry tools

Ensure all estimates meet insurance program standards and SLAs

Partner with field teams to gather photos, notes, and drying data

Negotiate with adjusters and auditors to ensure fair project compensation

Maintain clear documentation from job start to final invoice

Provide guidance and training to branch staff on compliance and estimating best practices

Support clients, adjusters, and vendors with professionalism and responsiveness

What You Bring:

2+ years of disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial preferred)

Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills

IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD) are a plus

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
