In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through their admissions journey. This position requires effective communication, adherence to compliance standards, and a dedication to providing excellent service to our future students. Accountabilities
- Consistently evaluate monthly activity against minimum activity standards.
- Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.
- Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with regulations.
- Identify student prospects and understand their educational needs through various communication methods.
- Develop rapport with students and maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle.
- Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid and Academics to provide high-quality service.
- Provide quality service to Veterans and coordinate events with organizations and students.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Computer skills required, with experience in Google products preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivating work style.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
- Capability to use school systems and databases effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
