Your Role 

Join us as Executive Assistant supporting our CFO Alok Bhushan and broader leadership team. You will manage executive calendars, coordinate priorities across leadership, and keep the CFO and CLT members operating smoothly day to day. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and executive presence drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage complex executive calendars and meeting logistics for CFO and leadership team

  Coordinate communications and priorities between CFO, direct reports, and CLT members

  Prepare materials, briefings, and agendas for executive meetings and strategic initiatives

  Handle confidential administrative matters with discretion and professionalism

  Support cross-functional project coordination, execution, and stakeholder management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain executive suite operations and key stakeholder relationships

  
  

Your Qualifications 

• 2+ years of executive or administrative assistant experience, ideally supporting director-level or C-suite leadership


• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and time management skills

  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, professionalism, and executive presence

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

  Proficiency with business systems, calendar tools, and office software

  
  


• Experience working in a multinational or international matrix environment


• Fluent English (C1 or equivalent), written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Comfortable using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude for drafting, summarizing, meeting notes, or scheduling, as a way to keep pace with volume


• Experience supporting a Finance or Accounting function

30 Days: Integrated into CFO and leadership workflows 

60 Days: Proactively managing priorities and independently coordinating executive initiatives and meetings

90 Days: Fully managing executive logistics and serving as trusted operational partner to CFO and team

120 Days: Optimizing broader CLT operations and freeing leadership focus on strategic and financial priorities

Your Hiring Experience
