• EMR management — running the day-to-day of Ocean Friends, a tech-forward system with automations and data points; keeping it clean, current, and working for us



• Google Sheets management — building and maintaining trackers and reports



• AI for efficiency — using AI tools for automations, data collection, and streamlining workflows



• Admin operations — emails, scheduling, data entry, and visit counts



• Client communication — managing email and messaging with families



• Executive assistance — direct support to me as the practice owner
