• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion tactics.

• Proven experience in a cold calling role or telemarketing position.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly with potential clients over the phone.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and call tracking systems.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience with Slack and ClickUp is advantageous.
