What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the engine behind our smooth, fast closings—working hand-in-hand with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and title teams to get deals across the finish line.

✅ Review and scrub loan files for accuracy and completeness
✅ Gather borrower docs, chase down conditions, and package strong submissions
✅ Communicate directly with borrowers and 3rd parties (title, appraisals, etc.)
✅ Submit to underwriting and follow up aggressively to clear conditions
✅ Prep for closing and coordinate with all parties for a smooth finish
✅ Keep files compliant, organized, and fully updated in the Arive LOS
✅ Own your pipeline and take pride in your speed, accuracy, and hustle

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience processing mortgage loans (broker channel preferred)

Familiar with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM programs

Knows their way around LOS platforms, Arive

Organized, detail-driven, and fast—like, really fast

Strong communicator with a can-do, solutions-first mindset

Able to manage a busy pipeline without dropping the ball
