Sam is the support platform for women. We connect clients with vetted Experts for one hour or less sessions with clear outcomes. We launched in April 2025. Clients book 300+ outcome based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

Join Sam’s marketplace as an Expert. You bring earned wisdom, evidence based methods, and defined session outputs. You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor.

What You Will Do

• Provide one to one sessions with clear pre-work and a defined output
• Partner with Navigators to align sessions to each client’s Support Plan
• Contribute practical Tools such as guides, checklists, and short workshops
• Engage with the Sam community through live Q&A or expert panels

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years advising, counseling, or consulting with measurable outcomes
• Relevant licenses or certifications where applicable
• Examples: JD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD or PsyD, mediator certification, CFP or CFA or CPA, SPHR or SHRM-SCP, AASECT
• A four year degree is preferred
• Evidence based methods and a client centered approach
• Strong digital operations
• Responsive communication, Zoom proficiency, clear service documentation, professional LinkedIn or website
• Values alignment with Sam
• Collaboration, quality, practical solutions, and care with dignity

What to Expect at This Stage

• We are a growing marketplace. Bookings vary by category and season.
• No guaranteed leads. We promote Experts and run campaigns to drive demand.
• Priority placement goes to sessions with clear outputs, strong reviews, and practical Tools.
• Opportunities to co-create new sessions and paid pilots or events as available.
• Flexible, remote work. You set your rates. Sam earns a commission on completed sessions.
• No unpaid test work.
