Who we are looking for:

We are looking for Facility Administrator to help us make sure all facility and administration processes run smoothly. You’ll plan, direct, and coordinate activities that help our organization run efficiently.



What you will do:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance facility operations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Oversee maintenance activities, such as regular inspections, repairs, and reconstructions, to ensure that safety and quality standards are met;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as department heads, vendors, and contractors, to coordinate and resolve facility-related initiatives;
  • Manage contracts with service providers – cleaning, security, maintenance; negotiate prices; and monitor the quality of the services provided;
  • Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments;
  • Develop project plans and cost budget for any facility work necessary on the premises, monitors project costs and implementation.
  • Responsible for fire safety in the office.
  • Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers;
  • Provide facility related communications (e.g. parking, changes in office etc.)
  • Create and implement policies and processes to provide a safe and secure workplace;
  • Develop and oversee standard operating procedures for design, configuration, and implementation of physical security systems for both people and asset protection;
  • Make sure all office access points are working and all employees/visitors follow the security measures/policies;


Requirements:
  • Experience with office/facility/administration  
  • BSc/BA in business administration or similar fields;
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Working level of English (written and spoken);
