This is a more junior level position, with huge growth opportunities. Our client has excellent tenure with its staff.

Description:

Were seeking a Family Law Attorney to primarily manage Wake County cases, with occasional cases in neighboring counties. This role involves working closely with clients on issues including:

• Child custody

• Child and spousal support

• Equitable distribution

• Divorce and related matters

You will handle cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive team and contribute meaningfully to our firms continued success.

Requirements:

• Licensed NC Attorney with a minimum of two years of family law experience. You must be barred in the state of North. Carolina

• Experienced litigator comfortable with courtroom proceedings

• Ideally, you bring a book of business or are motivated to develop one

• Passion for family law and a commitment to client-centered representation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Interest in becoming (or already are) a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law
