Clinical Leadership Opportunity: Lead Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Health (Hybrid/Remote)

Shape the future of occupational health as a key clinical leader in our expanding healthcare organization. We're seeking a visionary Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to establish and lead our new Occupational and Environmental Medicine clinic in Albany, NY, with regular engagement in Syracuse.

Position Overview

• Location: Albany, NY (Primary) + Syracuse visits
• Schedule: 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) | Monday-Thursday
• Work Model: 2 days in-clinic, 2 days telehealth
• Compensation: $92,000 - $147,004 DOE
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a new occupational health clinic, establishing operational workflows and clinical protocols
• Provide comprehensive occupational health assessments and treatment plans
• Build strategic partnerships with local employers and community stakeholders
• Oversee clinic operations, including staff supervision and quality assurance
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements

Required Qualifications

• Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult)
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• BLS Certification
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Occupational health experience
• Healthcare program development background
• Spanish language proficiency
