Lead the Next Generation of Occupational & Environmental Medicine

What Youll Do: Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Direct Care

• Provide comprehensive assessments and care plans for occupational and environmental health concerns

• Deliver direct patient care both in Albany and during monthly visits to Syracuse

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Medical Director, case managers, and industrial hygienists

Clinic Operations & Program Development

• Launch and manage a new clinicdesigning workflows, policies, and procedures

• Hire, mentor, and oversee clinical and administrative staff

• Manage budgets, compliance, and operational efficiency

Community Engagement & Employer Relations

• Act as a liaison to advisory boards and lead employer partnerships

• Develop workforce wellness programs and conduct employer outreach

• Represent the clinic in community events and occupational health education efforts

Strategic Planning & Data Analysis

• Track performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives

• Develop protocols and clinical algorithms to enhance care outcomes

• Use data insights to increase clinic visibility and referrals

️ Compliance & Research

• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and state-level occupational health regulations

• Translate research into evidence-based practices and serve as an internal regulatory resource

What Were Looking For: Qualifications

Required:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in New York State

• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)

• Masters Degree in Nursing

• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

• NPI number and Medicare enrollment (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience in occupational health or environmental medicine

• Background in healthcare administration or clinic development

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus

• Competitive salary: $92,000 $147,004 DOE
