FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
needed for
our SOUTHEAST Region
(New Orleans/Baton Rouge/Pensacola)
We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Field Marketing Representative to grow and strengthen referral partnerships across the Southeast region. This individual will represent our brand in the community, build trust with key stakeholders, and drive qualified lead generation through direct engagement with healthcare providers, veteran organizations, rehabilitation specialists, and other referral sources.
A military background or a strong understanding of the disability and mobility landscape is highly preferred, as empathy, trust, and authentic communication are critical to success in this role.
This is a hybrid position that is dependent on scheduled events and responsibilities. There is travel required through the region.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, veteran support organizations, therapists, and community service providers
- Represent the company at outreach events, community fairs, conferences, and other relevant gatherings
- Educate referral sources about our services, value proposition, and how we support individuals with mobility challenges
- Coordinate and deliver presentations, drop-offs, and one-on-one meetings to maintain top-of-mind awareness among referral sources
- Track outreach efforts, meetings, and lead conversion using CRM software
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify regional opportunities and market gaps
- Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource for clients, families, and referral networks
- Provide insight into local market trends and recommend strategies for expanding visibility and influence
EDUCATION, Experience and TRAINING
- Military veteran or strong connection to the veteran community (preferred)
- Experience in field marketing, community outreach, business development, or referral relationship management
- Familiarity with disability services, healthcare systems, or mobility-related industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and traveling within a designated territory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
