POSITION SUMMARY
A Field and Safety Training Manager develops, implements, and oversees safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment, particularly within field operations. This role requires a deep understanding of safety regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. This is a Human Resource role that reports directly to the VP of Talent Development.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 based on experience
