Job Description - Finance Manager

Luxury boutique resort has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Assisting the Group Director of Finance with the budgeting process including forecasting and variance analysis, cash flow, investments and financial planning

Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections

Preferred Qualifications & Skills;

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA, CMA, or MBA

minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry

experience working in a remote location
