Finance Operations Team Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role combining finance operations, team management, process ownership, reporting, and continuous optimization. You'll work closely with leadership while managing both local and international finance teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day finance operations of the company.


• Manage the in-house Finance team.


• Oversee finance teams across additional company projects.


• Build and scale finance teams as new business units are launched.


• Manage remote teams across multiple countries and time zones.


• Own and continuously improve internal finance processes.


• Ensure data accuracy and financial reporting integrity.


• Track and document digital assets and financial records.


• Prepare ongoing financial reports, including P&L reports for the CEO.


• Drive financial analysis, process improvements, and operational excellence.


• Mentor, develop, and support team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Finance or Accounting team.


• Strong hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience.


• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including complex functions such as XLOOKUP, MAP, LAMBDA, and LET.


• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.


• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.


• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing distributed or remote global teams.


• Experience in digital businesses, affiliate marketing, SaaS, or fast-growing startups.


• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or digital assets.


• Experience building financial processes from the ground up.
