Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support and solutions to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Offer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience processes.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, solutions, or related roles is preferred.
