Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Fitness Consultant. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals by providing personalized fitness plans, expert guidance, and motivation. Strong communication skills, passion for fitness, and the ability to build rapport remotely are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  Conduct personalized tele-coaching sessions to assess client goals and limitations.

  Design customized fitness plans considering fitness levels, preferences, and health conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure client progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor progress and adjust plans for continued improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and feedback.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive client retention and growth via renewals, referrals, and engagement.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct webinars and seminars on fitness-related topics.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage coaching sessions, administrative tasks, and event preparation efficiently.

  
  

Key Requirements

• 
  

  Education/Certification: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (BPT/MPT), OR certification as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in personalized fitness coaching, preferably remote/online.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  Genuine passion for health, fitness, and empowering others.
