Who are we looking for? Our Property and Flood lines are experiencing rapid growth. We are searching for driven and enthusiastic Insurance Agents to join our team to expand our business for TAURUS, LLC. This is a unique opportunity to field incoming calls from potential clients eager to secure their future through property and flood insurance policies. No outbound or cold calls are necessary—embrace the possibilities ahead! This position will be a part of one of the best agent teams in the business!

How will you contribute? You will play a critical role in growing our book of business by educating customers on types of property insurance coverages, assessing coverage requirements, and making recommendations based on customer needs. In addition, you will help clients to identify changing needs in coverage and account information and recommend additional coverage if/when needed.

Requirements

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Energetic, highly motivated, and competitive team player with strong interpersonal communication and at least 3 years’ experience in sales; preferably in property and/or flood.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent Analytical skills
• P&C license required.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Preferred Skills to Stand Out:

• ANFI or Professional Insurance Designations.
• Knowledge of property insurance and/or the National Flood Insurance Program.
• 2-20, 4-40 licenses preferred or willing to obtain once hired within 30 days.
• Insurance experience is a plus
• Customer Service experience is a plus - in financial or insurance services
