About This Role:

The FMS Intake Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and execution of Accra Consumer Choice FMS intake flow, supervising, training, developing and coaching Intake Coordinators and FMS Navigators, working with other departments to ensure streamlined processes and procedures are carried out, maintaining an awareness of program policy changes and encouraging positive interactions with new clients/families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field plus one year of on-the-job experience in a related field or three years of on-the-job experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess intellectual strength and have an understanding of internal systems needed to support FMS intakes/new clients.  
• Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Ability to travel independently across the Accra geographic service areas.
