As a French Speaking Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing client emails, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our services. Your fluency in French will play a crucial role in effectively communicating with our customers and enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries and support requests via email in French
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
• Document all interactions and manage accurate records in our CRM software
• Offer comprehensive product information and assistance as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Gather client feedback and contribute to improving support processes
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all communications

• Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or email support preferred
• Proficient problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
