Job Description - French Speaking Mobile Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Mobile Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mobile technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. As a Mobile Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients with their mobile device inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems associated with mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
  • Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications while offering tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions meticulously in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved and confirm their satisfaction with the support provided.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile technology to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, focusing on effective communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to ongoing professional development in the mobile industry.
