As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting French-speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring that their experience is both smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients by assisting them with reservations and general inquiries.
• Manage the complete rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and associated documentation.
• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and clearly explain the rental agreements to clients.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with customer requirements.
• Stay informed about the fleet and promotional offers to provide valuable insights to customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or within the car rental industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to multitask and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with rental software and computer systems is a plus.
