Remote Front-End HubSpot Developer

This is a fully remote position ideal for a developer passionate about front-end technologies and HubSpot CMS. You'll contribute to internal projects and client deliverables, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across web assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop bug-free themes, modules, and pages in HubSpot.
• Complete internal and client projects on time and to specifications.
• Work directly with cross-functional teams and clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Optimize website performance, loading times, and user experience.
• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and implement feedback iteratively.
• Stay updated with HubSpot platform updates and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance HubSpot functionality.
• Participate in agile sprints, contributing to project planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HubSpot development.
• An online portfolio that we can review, showcasing relevant work.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge in front-end development technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Next.js, etc.
• Stable internet connection and reliable power supply for remote work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment, with strong time management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot certifications (e.g., CMS for Developers).
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues.
