Front-End Software Engineer (Wallet Project)

At Veridas, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with experience in hybrid languages like React-Native and native languages like Android and Swift, to join our innovative Identity Wallet team. This role is not just about programming; it's about creating exceptional user experiences that make accessibility and interaction with technology feel natural and secure. Join us in designing solutions that not only adhere to European standards but also redefine them, offering digital interactions that set new standards in security and privacy.

Integrated into the Identity Wallet team and, depending on the Manager of that area, you will perform, among others, the following functions:

• Advanced development: You will be responsible for developing fluid and responsive interfaces, optimizing the user experience on mobile devices and ensuring comprehensive accessibility.
• Technical innovation: You will participate in the architecture and design of applications that support scalability and maintainability, implementing best practices at each stage of development
• Strategic collaboration: You will work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate advanced functionalities and turn complex visions into accessible realities.

• Education: Higher vocational training/university degree related to the position and responsibilities.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, with a significant focus on React-Native, Android, or Swift.
• Languages: Advanced English, especially at the level of written comprehension.
• Attitudes: Self-initiative, superior problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Technical Skills: 
  • Proven experience in developing applications that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
  • Strong knowledge in React, secure storage management tools, security, and automation. 
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Jest, and tools or platforms for rigorous testing and code quality maintenance.
