Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

The Barista is a key member of the beverage service team, specializing in bespoke coffee and tea service while
delivering an exceptional experience for guests. This role involves crafting a diverse range of high-quality coffee
and tea beverages, including premium and rare loose-leaf teas, chai, matcha, and specialty drinks such as hot
chocolates and affogatos. The Barista will create memorable moments in a luxury yacht’s coffee shop and
bakery, ensuring that every drink is prepared with precision and care. This position will also assist in stocking a
'grab and go' refrigerated display and handling basic food reheating, as well as providing knowledge and service
related to a homemade viennoiserie program, petite gateaux, and related treats and snacks, all while
embodying the Four Seasons Hotel standards of luxury hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles, with the ability to craft a wide range of espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages.
• Expertise in premium and rare loose-leaf tea, including chai and matcha, with the ability to create
  tailored tea experiences.
• Knowledge of specialty beverages, including premium hot chocolates and affogatos, ensuring
  exceptional quality and presentation.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends, seasonal ingredients, and innovative brewing methods
  to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and welcomed.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and make tailored recommendations that
  enhance their experience.
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, embodying the Four Seasons spirit of
  hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety requirements and
  ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining the 'grab and go' refrigerated display, ensuring that offerings are
  fresh and appealing.
• Perform basic food reheating tasks as needed, ensuring that all food items meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and efficiency during peak service periods.
• Provide knowledge and service related to a homemade viennoiserie program, gelatos, petite gateaux,
  and related treats and snacks, ensuring guests receive the highest quality offerings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus. Focused barista and tea training is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of barista experience in a high-end hospitality environment is required. Proven ability to deliver bespoke coffee and tea service, along with knowledge of specialty beverage preparation, is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international
  destinations.
