Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and present a wide range of baked goods, including homemade breads, viennoiseries, pastries, and desserts, utilizing scratch cooking techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in modern baking techniques, including fermentation, proofing, and decorating.
• Support a live baking station in one of the outlets.
• Support daily bread service for all outlets
• Follow established recipes and baking standards to ensure consistency and quality in every item produced.
• Create visually appealing presentations that reflect the artistry of baking.
• Contribute to a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations by delivering high-quality, beautifully presented baked goods.
• Engage with guests to share knowledge about the baking process, enhancing their dining experience and fostering appreciation for artisanal bread and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking station, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the baking area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and properly maintained.
• Uphold strict standards of food safety and hygiene, conducting regular checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with health regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• A Culinary Arts Degree or relevant certifications is preferred, with specialized training in baking and pastry considered a strong asset. Basic food safety certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated baking experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on luxury hospitality
or yacht/cruise line operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential.
• Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems is a must. Michelin Star restaurant or hotel experience, especially in a sushi context, considered ideal.
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international
  destinations.
