Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

As the resident DJ/Musician aboard Four Seasons I, you will curate and deliver exceptional musical experiences as well as engage directly with our guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable atmosphere. You will seamlessly blend diverse genres to create an atmosphere of sophisticated celebration and destination immersion. Serving as the master of ceremonies in our elegant lounges and nightclubs, you will orchestrate unforgettable evenings through expertly crafted playlists and dynamic performances. This role demands a versatile artist with exceptional 'reading the room' skills, capable of adapting to the discerning tastes of our international clientele, ensuring every moment resonates with the unparalleled luxury of the Four Seasons experience. You will be responsible for setting the perfect ambiance for each event, ensuring the music complements the mood and enhances the overall guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and expand a comprehensive musical library, encompassing a wide range of genres,
  including classic Top 40, dance-oriented rock, Latin rhythms, classic disco, reggae, and chill house,
  ensuring a diverse and engaging auditory experience.
• Expertly operate and maintain all music and lighting equipment, ensuring seamless and high-quality
  performances.
• Serve as a charismatic master of ceremonies when appropriate, effortlessly engaging guests and
  creating a vibrant atmosphere in various onboard venues.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, responding to guest requests with grace and proficiency, while
  maintaining the overall ambiance.
• Curate bespoke playlists that reflect the unique destinations visited, enhancing the guest's connection
  to each locale.
• Exhibit mastery in mixing techniques, creating seamless transitions and dynamic musical journeys.
• Design and execute themed playlists for special events and dance parties, adding a touch of theatrical
  flair to onboard entertainment.
• Provide sophisticated and relaxing poolside DJ sets, creating an ideal ambiance for daytime leisure.
• Cultivate strong guest relationships, fostering a warm and engaging connection with our international
  clientele.
• Dynamically adjust playlists based on real-time guest feedback, ensuring optimal enjoyment.
• Maintain keen in-tune and room awareness of guest preferences related to musical content and
  volume, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
• Interact with guests, take requests, and personalize musical selections to create a dynamic and
  engaging atmosphere.
• Demonstrate exceptional 'reading the room' skills, adjusting musical selections and performance
  style to match the energy and preferences of the audience.
• Provide music for a variety of events, including daytime pool music, evening lounge sets, and late
  night dance parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• Minimum High School education or higher
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional DJ experience in a live performance setting, demonstrating the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of various music genres, including but not limited to classic Top 40, danceoriented rock, Latin, house, classic disco, reggae, and classic rock, with a strong understanding of current music trends.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a wide range of audio and lighting equipment4
• Ability to interact effectively with upscale and discerning clientele.
• Willingness and adaptability to work within a structured shipboard environment.
• Flexibility to report to multiple supervisors and handle diverse responsibilities.
