As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

As the Resident Guitarist/Vocalist aboard Four Seasons I, you will be a versatile and dynamic performer, creating memorable musical experiences across various onboard venues. This role demands a skilled guitarist and vocalist capable of adapting to diverse settings, from intimate lounge performances to lively events. Your ability to connect personally with our international guests, read the room, and curate the perfect ambiance will be paramount in delivering the unparalleled luxury and personalized service synonymous with the Four Seasons experience. You will be a key contributor to the onboard atmosphere, ensuring every event and performance is a memorable celebration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver performances across various yacht venues, showcasing exceptional guitar and vocal skills across a diverse repertoire, including contemporary pop, acoustic sets, classic rock, and international standards.
• Proficient in delivering both instrumental guitar sets and engaging guitar/vocal performances.
• Adapt performances to suit different settings, from intimate lounge performances to high-energy events.
• Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, fostering a strong connection with guests through personalized interactions and musical selections.
• Expertly manage and maintain all musical equipment, including guitars and vocal amplification systems, ensuring optimal performance quality.
• Curate bespoke musical sets that reflect the unique destinations visited, enhancing the guest's
  connection to each locale and the overall onboard experience.
• Respond to guest requests with grace and proficiency, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and a keen understanding of their musical preferences.
• Design and execute themed musical performances for special events and gatherings, adding a touch of theatrical flair and sophistication.
• Provide sophisticated and relaxing daytime musical ambiance as needed, particularly poolside.
• Demonstrate exceptional 'reading the room' skills, adjusting musical selections and performance style to match the energy and preferences of the audience.
• Perform special event musical performances, fulfill guest requests, and complete any other musical
  asks of the Yacht Entertainment Director.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• Minimum High School education or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a guitarist/vocalist in a live performance setting, demonstrating the ability to captivate and engage an audience.
• Exceptional guitar and vocal skills, with a broad repertoire encompassing various musical genres.
• Proven ability to read the room and adapt performances to create the desired atmosphere.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
• Ability to operate and maintain musical equipment and sound systems, including setup and teardown.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional proficiency in guitar performance and vocal delivery, demonstrating a high level of technical skill and artistic expression.
