Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects of varying scales.
- Act as a product owner for the Benji platform, prioritizing high-value changes.
- Serve as a release manager to assess risk and manage development workflows.
- Define project plans and oversee execution through closure.
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders for collaborative success.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Assess risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Refine workflows and enhance project processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Background in financial services or technology.
- Knowledge of blockchain and tokenization is preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
