The Opportunity

CCR Search is growing and seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to manage searches from client development through placement.

We specialize in Sales, Operations, and Executive recruiting within building materials, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, and related industries. Our reputation is built on genuine relationships, lasting placements, and white glove service.

This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who takes a consultative approach. That means understanding each client's business challenges and helping them hire talent that moves the needle.

You will receive internal team support for candidate sourcing, preparing and managing submittals, and inbox management. That support gives you more time to screen top talent and create long-term matches.

What You'll Do



Key responsibilities include:

Develop relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers.

Win new search assignments and grow existing client accounts.

Manage Sales, Operations, and Executive searches from intake through placement.

Lead intake conversations to understand role requirements, culture, and business goals.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify strong long-term fits.

Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and acceptance process.

Partner with our internal team on sourcing and submittals.

Keep RecruitCRM records, pipelines, and metrics accurate and up to date.

Represent CCR Search at industry events, including KBIS and IBS in Las Vegas.

Contribute ideas that improve our processes through AI tools and workflow automation.

Ideal Background

We are open to full desk recruiters, building materials sales professionals, and tech sales professionals interested in recruiting.

Successful candidates will ideally have:

Experience in full desk recruiting, B2B sales, or another relationship-driven, results-based role.

Comfort building rapport with C-suite and senior executives.

A consultative approach to understanding client needs.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

The ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote, flexible environment.

Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, RecruitCRM, AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and workflow automation.

Experience in building materials, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission, with a realistic opportunity to earn six figures in your first year.

Success is measured through results, clear expectations, and consistently tracked metrics.
