Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across both frontend and backend development, build scalable and reliable applications, and collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and efficient backend and frontend software, including web applications, user interfaces, and APIs.


• Enhance the performance and scalability of applications.


• Analyse, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.


• Create technical requirement documents and conduct a feasibility analysis.

Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in a full-stack development environment.


• Strong expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, React JS, and TypeScript.


• Experience in Java is advantageous.


• Proficiency in frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot.


• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.


• Exceptional understanding of computer fundamentals, data structures, and database design.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• For FREND: Worked with FREND (a non-profit) on a unique offline-first mobile platform that gives livelihood to women in over 3,00,000 villages across India.


• For Novopay and Khoslalabs: Created multiple fintech apps for millions of underbanked users across India
