Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Build scalable and secure backend services and APIs using Node.js frameworks
- Develop responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js
- Implement and consume GraphQL APIs, including schema design, resolvers, and query optimization
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through best coding practices
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend frameworks (Express.js / NestJS)
- Extensive experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, performance optimization)
- Solid hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo, schema design, resolvers)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, React.js
- Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar
- Familiarity with authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
